Party Sashes Galore aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed and receiving complete payment for standard delivery option. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Party Sashes Galore aim to dispatch your order on the same day of your order being placed and receiving complete payment for Next Day and Saturday special deliveries.
To qualify for the Saturday special delivery you must place your order before 12 Noon Friday.
To qualify for a Next Day delivery you must place your order before 12 Noon on any working day for delivery the following working day.

If your order has already been printed we cannot provide a refund for your order.

If you are not in when your parcel is attempted to be delivered you should receive a Royal Mail attempted delivery card. This will inform you where you can collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail office. If your parcel has been sent by a courier service you will need to contact them on the telephone number provided to arrange for your parcel to be redelivered.
